"The location is great, super safe and right in the center. So quick and easy to walk from the st charles station. "The area was fascinating and well located for accessing the old port. There has clearly been some recent redevelopment in some of the buildings nearby resulting in some pockets of beautiful architecture and design amongst less polished areas. The apartment was lovely - clean and with everything we needed."

"As we were there midweek in September, a lot of bars/restaurants in the immediate vicinity didn't open in the four days we spent there - maybe it would be more lively over a weekend. Having said that, there was quite a lot of nightime noise down below behind the building."

"Location was really easily accessible with a bus stop and tram stop right outside on the main street, and a short walk away from Colbert station on the train line (1 stop away from Marseille central station). Also a very easy 10-15 min walk to Vieux Port. Monoprix grocery store just a couple of min walk away, and a fantastic bakery right across the street. The apartment was well furnished, the hosts had shared some tips and guides around the area as well which was very welcome. Very responsive and easy to check in/check out. We enjoyed our stay :)"
